Opening time for Dropping off your cat by appointment only:

Monday to Friday:

9.30 am - 10.30 am Or 4.30 pm until 6.00 pm

Saturday : 9.30 am-11.00 am Closed Saturday Afternoons

If you need an early getaway we strongly recommend you book in the previous day. We offer 15 minuet time slots depending on what is available during the mornings.

During high season 01/4-31/10 we open on a Sunday morning at 10am for dropping off.

Excluding bank holiday Sunday and Mondays.

Closed on Sunday mornings between 01/11 until 01/04 in low season

Opening time for Collections by appointment only:

Monday to Friday :

8.30 am-9.00 am A £5 fee per room is charged

9.05 am-10.30 am A full daily fee per cat will be charged

Or 4.30 pm-6.00 pm

Saturdays: 8.30 am-9.00 am A £5 fee per room is charged

9.05 am- 11.am A full daily fee per cat will be charged Closed Saturday afternoons.

Bank Holidays Sunday and Mondays we remain closed

During November through to April we will remain closed on Sundays for much needed family time. Please respect our wishes thank you.

Christmas 2023 We are now fully booked for Christmas 2023 we are happy to add you on to our waiting list

Please book early to avoid disappointment a £50 deposit per room secures a room.

We do not increase our daily rate for this period, however due to very high demand for this period a minimum 6 days fee is required for either Christmas or a New Year booking.

We Board throughout Christmas and New Year, however our opening times are changed.

The Cattery will be open on Sat 23rd December 2023 until 11.00 am

and then we close for dropping off and collections for Christmas.

We will reopen:

From 8.30 am Thurs 28th December 2023 with appointment times for collections throughout the morning.

No Rooms will be available for dropping off until 12 noon on this day sorry. This is due to turnaround and having the rooms dry and warm for our New Year guests.
