Deluxe Family Suite: Two interconnecting standard rooms. (8 ft x 10 ft)

XL Deluxe Family Suite: Interconnecting single and deluxe room. (9 ft x 10ft)

  • 5 Cats: £42.00/ day inc. VAT

  • 6 Cats: £47.00/ day inc. VAT

XXL Family Suite: Two interconnecting deluxe rooms. (10 ft x 10 ft)


Our fees are charged on a day rate. A full day will be charged on day of arrival and day of  departure. However, if you collect your cat before 9.00 am on departure day you will not be charged for that day.

A non-refundable £25.00/ room  deposit is required to confirm your booking. Over

Christmas and New Years there is a non refundable deposit of £40.00/ room.


Minimum Stay

Due to our high cleaning standards we have a minimum stay for our rooms.

  • 1 Cat: minimum of 3 days stay

  • 2+ Cats: minimum of 2 days stay

Over Christmas and New Years there is a minimum of 4 days stay.

Over Bank Holidays there is a 4 day minimum charge for all rooms. 


A 10% discount is given to bookings over 30 days.

Payment Method

We accept BACs, cheque and cash payment. Payment of balance is due on arrival.

Cats can be collected earlier than the departure date, however, you will still be charged for the total period booked.

Cancellations less than two weeks  (four weeks over Christmas) before the start of your cats stay will be charged at 50% of their invoice unless we can re-let the room for the full or part of the booking.

Over Runs

Please ensure you book for the maximum period you will require. During busy periods we may not have space to 'hold over' a cat for longer than booked. We appreciate that delayed flights etc. are beyond your control and will always do our best to accommodate your cat until you can collect them.
