We require a £25 non refundable non transferable deposit per room to secure your cats room.
£50 non refundable non transferable deposit per room over 16 days
Deposits to be paid within 5 days of your booking.
After that period due to high demand for our rooms the room/s will be release back on to our system and we can not guarantee a room will be available 
Changes to our Cancellations Policy  (living with covid) 
If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before the start of your cats stay a lower fee of £25 per room will be charged in addition to the £25 deposit per room that will have already been received.
A total cost of £50 

This fee is replacing the 50% of the full invoice as previously required.
 We are all having to live with the last minuet disruptions/disappointments that covid causes.
I hope you understand that in fairness to ourselves and our staff and to continue to maintain our high standards. This  policy requirement is to be in place whilst covid is still effecting travel and tourism industry

 All bookings are looked at as individual cases  
Amendments to bookings less than 7 days before arrival will not be deducted from invoice inclusive of
Christmas and New Year.
 Unfortunately we are not able to offer deposits to be carried over onto another booking.
We ask you please to check holiday Insurance for those people who are travelling abroad regarding flights and borders closures. Other reasons for wavering the fees will be at the discretion of ourselves. 
We always do our upmost to re let your rooms wherever possible.
 Payment are required on arrival of your cat/s into our cattery.
 Owners returning to collect their cats before the contracted booking period will be required to pay the full contracted booking fee for your cats room. No refunds for early pick ups sorry.

Fees include:
Food, bedding, toys, brushing, playtime, heaters/ heat pads when required.


Standard Suite: One standard room.

(4 ft x 10 ft)

  • 1 Cat: £18 per day      

      2 Cats:  £26 per day         

Family Suite:  

(5 ft x 10 ft)

  • 2 Cats: £26 per day           

  • 3 Cats: £32 per day        


 Two interconnecting standard rooms

(8 ft x 10 ft)

  • 2 Cats:  £36.00         

  • 3 Cats: £37.00           

  • 4 Cats:  £40.00           


Family Suite: Interconnecting standard and 1 Family room.

(9 ft x 10ft)


  • 4 Cats: £45           


Two interconnecting Family rooms.

(10 ft x 10 ft)

  • 5 cats:  £50 per day

Our fees are charged on a day rate.

A full day will be charged on day of arrival and day of departure.

However, if you collect your cat/s between 8.30am and  9.00 am on departure day.

A single fee per room , not per cat of £6 will be charged instead of a full days fee.

Minimum Stay

Due to our high cleaning standards we have a minimum stay for our rooms

 Our rate  fee of £55 per room (£60 weekend stay. Fri-Monday morning.

Over Bank Holidays there is a 4 day minimum charge for all rooms. 

We do not charge any extra for bank holidays including Christmas, Boxing and New years day, however there is a 6 day minimum charge for either Christmas or New year,  please see our opening times for this period on our opening times page. 


Due to ever increasing prices we are experiencing with our supplies and electricity costs we are now only able to offer a  5% discount is given to bookings over 30 days.

Payment Method

We accept BACs, cheque and cash payment. Payment of balance is due on arrival. Cats can be collected earlier than the departure date, however, you will still be charged for the total period booked. Cheques to be made payable to A.K.H. Car and Commercial Ltd. Please contact us for BACs details.

Over Runs

Please ensure you book for the maximum period you will require. During busy periods we may not have space to 'hold over' a cat for longer than booked. We appreciate that delayed flights etc. are beyond your control and we will always do our best to accommodate your cat until you can collect them.
